About the Show
"Fit Talk" is a Radio Talk Show that addresses different hot topics
each week, such as weight loss, childhood obesity, senior fitness, exercise and more. Fit Talk Guests are selectively hand-picked, so our audience receives a unique and personal airwaves experience like none other.

My name is Randy Wray, Radio Talk Show host of "Fit Talk". I've been
a Personal Trainer for over fourteen years, and have 90% long-term clientele. It was the suggestions of these clients that prompted me to develop a show such as "Fit Talk", and to them I am grateful.

"Fit Talk" is currently broadcast from Virginia's Shenandoah Valley and airs each Saturday morning from 8 to 9 AM, but America can hear "Fit Talk with Randy Wray" anytime, because it is archived on the web at royalbroadcasting.net. There are numerous health shows on the air, but "Fit Talk with Randy Wray" is the only exclusive radio talk show on fitness of its kind.
